All prices are shown in £s (UK pounds sterling).
Multiply the amounts shown by 1.2 for an approximate indication
of the equivalent price in Euros. However, please note, that payment
has to be in UK pounds sterling.

Discounts on longer
stays: Prices for a second full week are
5% less, for a third week 7.5% less, a fourth week 10% less, a second
month 15% less.
Extra nights: Each extra night (over and above complete
weeks) will be charged at one seventh of the weekly rate shown above.
Short stays: Generally, we do not accept bookings for less
than one week (7 nights) but occasionally there is a shorter period
between other bookings - 4, 5 or 6 night stays are pro-rata to the
weekly rate + £30 short stay supplement, stays of 1 to 3 nights
are pro-rata to the weekly rate + £50 short stay supplement.
Bookings falling in two or more calendar months:
Where lettings bridge two or more charging periods by more than
2 nights charges will be pro rata, otherwise they will be at the
rate applicable for the majority of the period.
Bookings accepted from any day to any day: We don't have
a fixed change-over day. But periods of less than 7 nights are difficult
to let, so as our booking schedule fills up, so as not to be left
with unlettable periods, we try to ensure that bookings follow one
another with no more than one vacant night or that there is at least
an 8 night period between bookings. In the main season (April -
October) a gap of one extra night is not a problem (or two nights
in the low season), but if your desired dates result in a larger
gap, but less than 8 nights from the prior or subsequent bookings,
we will ask you to "share the pain" by paying 50% of the
extra nights rate for the unlettable nights - if we do manage to
let them (which is unlikely) we will refund this to you.
Late arrivals & early departures: There is a supplementary
charge of £10 for arrivals after midnight and/or departures
before 0600 hrs. If a late arrival or early departure results from
flight rescheduling or a late flight we will deduct this from the
deposit refund.

Deposit: £100 deposit is payable at time
of booking - this booking deposit is non-refundable if you
change your mind or your circumstances change - so we
recommend you take out travel insurance with cancellation cover.
The full amount of the rental is due two months before the start
of your holiday and the original deposit is then held as a key/security
deposit until after your stay and is then refunded in full within
28 days provided the keys have been returned and there has been
no loss or damage at the apartment during your stay. See Booking
