The living/dining room is furnished with a large sofa and armchair, coffee table, large 28 inch television, satellite receiver (UK freesat channels - BBC,ITV, Sky News, etc), DVD player and small stereo hi-fi (with CD, cassette and radio). There is a large glass topped dining table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a large arched serving hatch and is well equipped with a sink and range of cupboards and worktops, a four ring ceramic/halogen hob, a full oven, fridge-freezer and automatic washing machine. Full range of crockery, glasses and kitchen equipment such as microwave, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and electric juicer.

There is a double bedroom (standard size Spanish double bed) with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes.

The maximum number of people the apartment can accommodate is two (there is no sleeping accommodation in the lounge).

The bathroom has a washbasin in marble surround, wc, bidet and bath with shower over. There is a window for natural ventilation.

Outside, there are 2 adjustable sunbeds and a patio dining table and 4 chairs.

All windows are fitted with rejas (bars) and the patio doors are fitted with sliding security gates. All windows and patio doors have sliding mosquito screens. This combination means that you can have windows open at night with security and free of problems with mosquitoes. There are powerful floor standing fans in the bedroom and the living/dining room and in the winter (November to March) fan heaters are provided.
