of a spacious 50 square metres with double bed
One bedroom apartment Buganvilla
is located on the ground floor and faces east. Outside it has a
spacious dining and sun-bathing terrace which faces south and a
private garden which is open towards the south and east. The sheltered
garden and terrace get excellent sun from morning through to late
afternoon - with gradually increasing shade from about the end of
lunchtime (which can be very welcome in hot weather). This apartment
is located in a sheltered position in Bahia de Vera about 50 metres
or so from the superb swimming pools.

The high quality urbanizacion of Bahia
de Vera has two swimming pools - one is a large outdoor
pool and the other a covered, heated pool which is especially popular
in the autumn, winter and spring. There is also a tennis and volleyball
court and boules/petanque court.
Accommodation & facilities: There is a good size living/dining
room with patio doors to the garden.
The living/dining room is furnished with a large sofa and easy
chair (please note: one 3 seater sofa, not two as in photo), coffee
table, satellite TV (UK Freesat channels), DVD player and stereo
hi-fi (with CD, cassette and radio). There is a dining table and
4 chairs. There is a small library of English language books (mainly
novels) for holiday reading.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and is well equipped
with a sink and good range of cupboards and worktops, a four ring
ceramic/halogen hob, a full oven (fan-assisted), microwave, fridge-freezer
and automatic washing machine. There is a full range of crockery,
glasses, cutlery and kitchen equipment such as electric kettle,
toaster, filter coffee machine, electric juicer.
The bedroom is spacious. It has a standard Spanish double bed. There
are bedside lights on bedside tables and a digital clock radio.
A large fitted wardrobe provides plenty of storage room for all
the clothes you won't be wearing. There are patio doors to the dining
terrace.
There is a spacious full bathroom with bath (and shower over), pedestal
wash basin in marble surround and bidet.
This apartment has sliding mosquito screens to the lounge and living
room doors and rejas (concertina security gates) so that
you can enjoy full ventilation at night with security and free from
problems with mosquitoes.
Outside, there is a large tiled dining/sun terrace and a small lawned
garden with a variety of plants and trees. There is a sun-blind
which extends out over the dining/sun terrace (not shown in photo)
and the terrace/garden furniture includes two adjustable sunbeds
and a dining table and chairs. There is a portable barbecue, folding
sun-chairs to take to the beach and a coolbox useful to transport
ice-cream and frozen food to the apartment.
All bed linen and hand and bath towels for each person are provided
and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned before your arrival
and after your departure. A broom, mop and other cleaning equipment
is provided so you can keep it clean and tidy during your stay.
We meet guests on arrival at the main entrance and take them to
the apartment, explain where everything is etc and hand over the
keys and if there are any problems during your stay we are just
a phone call away.
