The
charts below show nights booked
- clients leave on the grey coloured (cleaning) day after a "red"
(booked) period - generally speaking, we now try to reserve one
complete day/night between bookings to ensure there is adequate time
for changeover cleaning and preparation as clients' arrival and
departure times sometimes leave little time for cleaning and as far as
possible we try to let departing clients stay in the apartment until
they set off for the airport and let arriving clients into their
apartment as soon as they arrive from the airport. It is normally
possible to start your holiday on the first green (or, for previous
clients only, sand) coloured day after a previous letting - and to
finish it (depart) on the "grey" coloured day before another letting.
Depending on clients' arrival and departure times we may sometimes be
able to accept a booking with arrival on a "grey" coloured day and/or
departure on a red or orange coloured day - please check with us when
you enquire (and let us know your likely arrival and departure times at

Please
note: Minimum stay is 7
nights unless there is a
shorter period vacant between other lettings.
We accept bookings from any day to any day but
if your preferred dates result in an "unlettable gap" of less than 7
nights (but more than 1 night in summer, or 2 in winter) we split the
pain and cost of the "unlettable gap" between you and us - and refund
it if the "unlettable gap" period is actually let. See also our Tariff

If we appear to have a vacancy for the period you want to come, please
check with us before
you
book flights (just to make sure!). We will hold the apartment for you
for 24 hours whilst you investigate and book flights. Please tell us
when you have booked your flights and we will then hold the booking for
up to 5 days whilst you get the Booking Form and deposit or full
payment to us.

Which
apartment to choose?
Apartment
Buganvilla faces east so it
gets the sun quite early. Its terrace and garden face south as well as
east so they get good sun in the main part of the day and about 2 - 3pm
in the afternoon they begin to get some often welcome shade.This
apartment now has an extending sunblind over its dining terrace
enabling long and comfortable lunch-times and a large moveable
sun-umbrella is also provided.
Apartment Hibiscus
faces south and is a real sun-trap. Its garden & terrace get
sun from around breakfast time and then keep it through the day until
late afternoon/early evening, depending on time of year. A large
extending sunblind gives some shade when needed and a large moveable
sun-umbrella is also provided.
Apartment Geranium faces south and has a very sheltered dining/sunbathing
terrace (ideal when windy and in winter) as well as a small lawned
garden. Gets good sun all day and in Spring, Summer and early Autumn
gets sun practically until sunset due to open aspect to west as well
as main aspect to south. There is a large extending sunblind to give
often needed shade over the dining terrace.
